Q： Can the calling card use 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G (GSM)?
A： The calling card only supports 4G and 2G (GSM), but does not support 5G and 3G.All the signals (5G, 4G, 3G, 2G-GSM) are available if you are in the area. then you can use it.If the operator does not provide the VOLTE function, you must have a GSM signal to make a call (either GSM or 4G VOLTE).
If the customer's region and the operator they use do not support 4G VOLTE and GSM, they cannot receive or make calls.

Q：Why do I only receive an alarm text message after binding my phone number to my phone card, but no phone call?
A：You need to see your country and address, whether the calling card supports VOLTE or GSM support. In the EMEA region, there are also some cases where the phone cannot be answered. If the phone card does not support phone alarm, then the alarm information can be pushed through the APP.
